Athletic Director (Location of Position: Chattanooga, Tennessee). Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the athletic department, business affairs, marketing and promotions, public relations, development, external relations, internal affairs, personnel, and funds of the athletic department in accordance with university policies & procedures, and NCCAA Division 1 policies & procedures. Establish operational policies & procedures, and make any necessary modifications based on analysis of operations, demographics, and other research information. Promote the university by participating in community, state, and national events or meetings, and by developing partnerships with industry and secondary education institutions. Significant travel required locally, regionally, and nationally for recruitment, tournaments, and conferences.
Master’s degree with the major/area of concentration in Leadership, Administration, or a related field, and 1 year of experience as a coach.
Full Time Position:
40 hrs/wk: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
