Charges and Billings
Tuition and fees are posted to the student’s account at the time they register for classes each semester. Tennessee Temple University reserves the right to adjust the student’s billing ledger at any time should an error in billing be made. Other charges (room and board, bookstore charges, fines, etc) are added to the account as they are incurred. Financial Aid (loans, scholarships, and grants) will post to the student’s account once the aid has been received. Students receiving financial aid must complete the financial aid process and sign their award letter to be eligible for financial aid.
Students whose receive Tuition Assistance (Vocational Rehab, VA, Military, etc) are responsible for submitting the appropriate documentation to the Business Office. Students who become ineligible for Tuition Assistance due to change in employment status, failure to meet the organization’s condition for reimbursement, or any other reason, will be personally responsible for prompt payment of any balance owed to Tennessee Temple University.
All students are responsible for verifying that their financial aid and other payments have posted to their account. Students are expected to meet their financial obligations to the University fully and promptly. Should the University require services of an agency for collection, it will be the responsibility of the student to pay any fees incurred. Students are responsible for notifying the Business Office of any changes, such as address, email, or phone number.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and discounts are subject to availability and/or a limited timeframe. Promotions and discounts may be not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
Subject to applicable law, we have the right to change our services, tuition, fees, or charges at any time with or without notice. We also may rearrange, delete, add to or otherwise change courses. If we do give you notice, it may be provided in a mailing statement, a bill insert, on our website, over-the-phone, e-mail, or other communication permitted under applicable law.
