Center for Leadership Studies

These words summarize the essence of TTU’s Center for Leadership Studies. We’ve made a Ph.D. in Leadership available to candidates from all walks of life by offering our program through online learning and a one-week residency. Doctoral candidates explore such topics as 21^st Century leadership, organizational development, communication and change; conflict resolution, and strategic planning. Students also dive deeply into contemporary issues in leadership, interviewing world-class leaders and developing solutions for current problems. Our rigorous research design regimen drives students to become knowledgeable, innovative, and well-rounded Christian leaders in ministry, business, and education.

 

Since 2008, Tennessee Temple University's Center for Leadership Studies has graduated two cohorts of doctoral students, and has sixteen more candidates on track for December 2012 and May 2013 graduation dates.

 

Current students come from different backgrounds, varied ethnicities, and diverse countries: pastors, educators, military personnel, a university chancellor, a college president, a lawyer, a vice-president of a Fortune 500 HR department, businesspersons, an international consultant, a healthcare professional, an elected official, and a medical doctor.
