Degree Programs
M. Ed. in Educational Leadership - 33 hours
This program of study leads to the administrative and organizational leadership of a school or school system. This program is designed to develop the knowledge and skills of the person who wants to lead a school team to a place of excellence in performance and ministry. The person will develop leadership, research and service in leading the school team to success.
Course Requirements and Descriptions
M. Ed in Instructional Effectiveness - 33 Hours
This program of study leads to the position of instructional leadership and curriculum coordinator in a school or school system. This program is designed to sharpen the people and relational skills of the person who wants to work with a school faculty in becoming professional in their classroom performance on behalf of students and families served by the school. This person will develop leadership and relational skills for classroom and community involvement to make a difference in the lives of students and family.
Course Requirements and Descriptions
M. Ed. in English Education - 36 hours
This program includes 18 hours of study in education and 18 hours of study in the field of English. This program is designed to educate and equip the person to lead a secondary school to excellence in English and Language as well prepares the person to teach English at the college and university level. This person will develop the ability for research and service in leading an English program or classroom to excellence.
