Financial Aid Refund

 

Refund Requests

For Financial Aid Refunds, you are no longer required to submit a form. Refunds will be automatically processed within 10 business days from the date that your financial aid posts to your account. 

 

Direct Deposit, the Fastest Way to Receive a Refund

Refunds may now be direct deposited into your bank account. Fill out the Direct Deposit Form and fax it to 423-493-4497 or mail it to the Business Office to participate. 

 

Overnight Shipping

We also offer Priority Processing Overnight for paper checks through FedEx. There is a $100 Priority Processing fee for all refund checks shipped overnight. This may be taken from the refund or paid up front. Please note FedEx does not deliver to Post Office boxes. To add Priority Processing to your account, please call 423-493-4413 or email correllr@tntemple.edu. 

 

Address Changes

Paper checks will be mailed to the billing address we have on file. It is your responsibility to make sure we have your correct address. Please call 423-493-4413 or email correllr@tntemple.edu to verify your address.

 

Course Withdrawal

If you are suspended, reduce course load, withdraw from Tennessee Temple University, or drop out you may owe all or a portion of cash disbursements back to the federal programs.  It is your responsibility to ensure that refunds issued to you are accurate. In the event that we send a refund in error and those funds are used, charges may be placed on your account accordingly.
