This program of study leads to the position of instructional leadership and curriculum coordinator in a school or school system. This program is designed to sharpen the people and relational skills of the person who wants to work with a school faculty in becoming professional in their classroom performance on behalf of students and families served by the school. This person will develop leadership and relational skills for classroom and community involvement to make a difference in the lives of students and family.M.
