Intercultural Studies
If you have a desire to take the message of Christ across cultural and national borders, the intercultural studies concentration is for you! This program emphasizes the importance of studying and sharing the Word of God through local churches in unreached areas. As an intercultural studies student, you will understand how cross-cultural evangelism fits into God's story as revealed in the Bible. You will be able to explain and evaluate the missionary methods of the past and present. And you will be prepared to represent Christ to your world!
The intercultural studies program is all about discovering ways to love your neighbor by effectively communicating the message of the Bible. This rigorous training program will put you to the test as you take part in cross-cultural evangelism and discipleship and identify how God may use you according to your personality, gifts, knowledge, and experience. Most importantly, when you finish, you will know how to make disciples across cultures in ways that will impact individuals and communities for the glory of God.
