Living Trusts
This is a trust set up by a Grantor who is still living, with terms that permit him or her to amend or revoke it at any time. A revocable trust is used to transfer property during one's lifetime in order to secure better management, receive an income, and establish desired distribution at death to beneficiaries without passing the property through probate court.
