Discover how to direct teams, manage resources, and motivate people to accomplish goals. Management students will learn to plan for success, lead others into new territory, organize personal and company resources, and control organizational operations. Those who complete the program will gain hands-on experience in organizational leadership and strategy, managing simulated and real-world ventures alike. Graduates will be prepared to pursue an MBA and careers in retail, corporate, and entrepreneurial business.
