    • Law practice focuses on securities regulation and compliance matters, business law and basic estate planning. Securities law practice also includes work as an arbitrator in securities-industry arbitration and expert witness/consulting service in broker-dealer and investment advisor matters.

  • Prior positions include work in law enforcement and private security/corporate investigations
