Letter from the Director
Dear Prospective Student,
I am pleased at your interest in Tennessee Temple University’s Leadership programs. The staff and faculty of the Center for Leadership Studies look forward to supporting you in the decisions which lay before you regarding your academic future.
Our programs are designed to provide and enhance your knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the leadership role that the Lord has in your future. The Master of Arts in Leadership program is a completely online program consisting of 36 hours of instruction. The Ph.D. in Leadership program is multidisciplinary in scope and primarily online in delivery with one required on-campus residency in the summer. The programs have multiple entry points (January, March, May, July, August, and October).
Each program integrates theory and practice with scholarly research to provide a breadth of knowledge across the various leadership fields. Critical thinking, writing, and learning occur within a biblical worldview that supports the entire program. Students are prepared for organizational leadership positions in for-profit, non-profit/ministry, government/military, and education.
The Center for Leadership Studies staff and faculty are committed to working with every individual in the program to develop a path for the successful completion of your studies. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact PhD@tntemple.edu or call the Center for Leadership Studies @ 423.493.4474.
Thank you for your continued interest in the masters or doctoral programs. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
