Founded in 1946, TTU has a passion for challenging students
academically and encouraging them to grow in their faith.
Degree programs with secondary education contrations prepare prospective candidates to teach grades 7-12 in the regular classroom. Upon successful completion of all required coursework, a semester of student teaching, and the required PRAXIS II examination, Teacher Education students are eligible for standard certification with the Association of Christian Schools International. This certification is a valid credential for K-12 day-schools accredited by ACSI.
